Congrats on getting treatment! I'm glad the Provigil is helping you.
I experienced the headache for about two weeks and I've learned to live with the dry mouth.
I still have the afternoon lull. My doctor advised me to still take naps whenever I could to manage my EDS. My doctor increased my dose up to 550 mg. per day, but I had to cut back when I my liver enzymes went up (plus I lost too much weight).

It may take you awhile to get stabilized and work out the best plan for you. I'm still trying to get my own worked out (and I've been on Provigil for 6 months now). At any rate... life has been much better since getting on the meds.

Good luck and keep us posted!
