I'm having the same problem that you are regarding lack of appetite. I've always been very thin. I've been under a lot of stress in the last couple of months and I dropped 10 lbs. in no time flat. I cannot afford to lose any more weight. My doctor is concerned and he cut my dose of Provigil back to 200mg. a day. I'm having a hard time getting by on this amount of Provigil, but it's better than nothing. I'm forcing myself to munch on high calorie foods and I started drinking Ensure to supplement my diet. I'm trying to eat as much as I can of regular healthy foods, too. However, I just don't have any appetite. I have found it is easier to eat since my dose was lowered and I sleep better at night. Of course now I'm sleepy a good bit of the day and it makes it hard to function at work.

I'm also finding I feel really depressed whenever the Provigil wears off. I've tried anti-depressants in the past, but I don't know if they can be mixed with Provigil.

Let me know how you work this out. I'm scheduled to see my doc in a couple of weeks and I'll keep you posted as well.
