Is this a new development? Do you try to take naps during the day? If so, do the naps help?
Your description of symptoms sounds a lot like what I've experienced. It's important to see a doctor to rule out any other potential medical causes of your symptoms. You should get a thorough physical exam as soon as possible. If everything else is ok, then see a board certified sleep specialist.

Let us know if your symptoms persist. Don't give up trying to get help.
