Hi!

I have heard that one can dream in other sleep states than REM.
And I have a feeling that is hard to remenber the dreams you have during REM sleep (at least I don`t remember them, but I clearly remember that I have dreamt). And sometimes I remember waking up in the middle of the night (or that`s at least what I think, but since REM is so close to waken state I may be dreaming that too) saying to myself "I have to remember this dream". But in the morning I very rarely doo.
