If you haven't already, you need to see a board-certified sleep disorders specialist. Do this as soon as possible. If you have to be a pest at your primary care doctor's, do whatever it takes. From your description, it sounds to me like you are experiencing Excessive Daytime Sleepiness, which can be a symptom of several sleep disorders (including narcolepsy).
