Hi, I'm 46 or thereabouts, and like you my BP was always good, no problem, until it suddenly "shot up" this year. My doc thought it could be the dexamphetamine, so I stopped taking it as an experiment, my BP got even higher. So he gave me BP pills - one per day - and it's OK again now.

So you are not the only one whose blood pressure mysteriously became a problem, maybe it is just our age. Or the smoking catching up with us :)
