Narcolepsy and emotional periods

Posted by Sleepy on October 11, 2001 at 18:33:14:

Hello, this is to anyone who has narcolepsy and works but also has to deal with emotional periods due to coming down from meds? How do you do it and if you wouldn't mind sharing your ordeals with this issue please e-mail me and let me know what types of emotional problems you are having. I am having some but i am trying hard to deal with it but i hate when i do it during my job, yet it seems like the only release i have from my frustrations. I love my job and that is not a problem its the meds. I feel that the meds are causing the problems but i have no choice. Stay off meds...sleep life away....or...take meds and cry? Neither choice is totally exceptable. Have any suggestions?
Thanks,
Sleepy
