Sleepy,

I'm glad you posted this question. I've been considering asking the same thing. I've been having a devil of a time with mood swings. I'm fine when I have enough Provigil on board to be alert, but as soon as it wears off I feel really depressed. I've had to reduce my Provigil and now I can't stay awake. I tried Ritalin and dexadrine in the past and hated the irritability from them so much that I refuse to take them.

I'd like to know from others out there, does it help to take anti-depressants along with the other alerting meds to control the mood swings?

Has anyone taken Wellbutrin (bupropion) combined with Provigil? Wellbutrin helped me a little with the EDS when I took it a long time ago. I know it won't work by itself for me anymore, but I wonder about taking it with Provigil.
