I don't know if this will help.. but I don't think it can hurt. My husband's blood pressure started to climb while he was in his late thirties. I had read that small amounts of calcium supplements can help moderate hypertension. Anyway... I got him to drink orange juice with calcium added and also taking a good multi-vitamin plus anti-oxidant. His blood pressure went down and has stayed in the normal range for several years now.

It's worth a try.
