Poss. connection to Apnea

There is a relationship with high blood pressure during the day and sleep apnea at night. Not uncommon for someone to start developing apnea around 40 years old and up.

Have someone watch you sleep, listen for snoring or signs of extra effort to breath. You can also video youself sleeping and see what happens.

Also try the Sleep Test on Sleepnet and see how you score.
