I feel the same way too. My life started to fall apart while at university. I didnt know why then but a year or so later i found out about the narc. That was 6 years ago. I have periods when i think cool - i can handle this but then just as i'm getting my life in order i start thinking im going crazy again and i fall apart. It is so difficult to stay level. I think my meds give me the feeling im going crazy, without meds (if i can remember the days before taking meds, is your memory messed up as well?), i didnt get that crazy feeling, i got more embarrassed at sleeping in public places, people thinking im some kind of nut or druggie.

I think a lot of us are suffering from our lives falling apart and it doesnt help when people say "get a grip".
