I was on antidepressants before the dexedrine and also some antianxiety medication. I also need high doess of dexedrine to stay awake.
I also have found that the horrible times at work, do increase my sleep attacks, and if I have forgotten to take my second dose, because as an assistant director of nursing in a nursing home, they over use me, and make me do everything, I actually get slight cataplectic attacks at work, which I have learned over the undiagnosed years how to kind of hide, and do have sleep attacks, which for me come in the form of falling asleep briefly, less than a couple of minutes standing up.
And yes, the sleep attacks increase at home.
I am getting better at regulation my life, etc. but I sure hate this narcolepsy.
