I take 60mg Ritalin SR and 10mg Ritalin(faster reacting) a day. I have no jitters or speed buzz, I just maintain to stay awake most days. I take two 20-30min. naps a day at work just to put in my 8 hours. My pharmacist says 80mg is usually the highest dosage for humans.
