I take 20 mg SR in the morning and 2-10 mg Ritalin (not SR) in the afternoon. My doc started me off on just the SR, but soon after added one and then two of the fast acting in the afternoon. Like you said, I would start bottoming out after about 6 hrs. The fast acting have really helped in getting me through the rest of the day. Good luck.
