I also take Ritalin SR I take 20 milligrams in the morning and 20 milligrams SR in the afternoon Also I take a fast acting Ritalin 10 mg in morning and 10 afternoon. This seems to be doing the trick. On really sleepy days i have to agree there is nothing compared to a nap. I do have one question, Does anyone get a hangover like head ache in the evening from ritalin?
