Exhausted mom, I hope the sleep over went well.
Sorry i didn't get back to the forum to answer your question. The short term ritalin last about
3 hours for me on a normal sleepy day. and about 1 hour on those drop dead sleepy days. I have to take my longer lasting one before 2 in the afternoon or I dont sleep good at night. I have discovered that the short term ritalin gives me that hangover headache and the SR doesn't. Haven't a clue why. I will continue to take it but only on days that I cant function with out it.
