I have the same thing. I've tried provigil and am now taking ritalin--70mg. I have the mood swings--on both medications. My emotions seem to be to the extreme--no matter how I feel. Irratibily is the main mood--seems I'm mad all the time---feels that way to me. Hate it. I think it comes with all the medicine for staying awake--haha. Good luck--I can't go without my medicine if I want to see life. Just trying to cope with it is hard. Keep in touch with this forum it is very good and comforting--the people are nice and helpful.
