Posted by michelle on December 27, 2001 at 12:47:40:Please let me know if anyone else knows when their down time is, when they are at their sleepiest. Also, does anyone else reach a point, usually about the same hour each day, when they feel mentally and physically finished?
The reason I ask, is my employer wants to change my shift, one that would require me driving home not only after having worked 8 hours, but driving home after having been awake for 14 hours!!! This means driving 4or5 hours after my "crash time". I keep telling them I won't take that risk, but they seem to want a doctor to tell them I can't work that late. But how can a doctor say how my body feels? N is a very individual thing.
Please, if anyone has any feedback, let me know what you think.Sweet Dreams
