I changed when I take my Provigil. I get up around 7:00 - get one "down" time at 9:30 or so, take the Provigil and fight through that one. I get another around 2:00PM - if I make it past that one I get another at between 6:00 and 7:00PM - with the later provigil I can fight it off without a nap at 2:00 and 6:00 - but if I take the provigil earlier - I HAVE to sleep at 6:00. I can make it until 10:00 - and if I nap WITH the provigil later I can make it till Midnight sometimes. But one or two of these a week and I'm toast.
