Thank you for such a detailed response. My battles for accommodation have been an ongoing thing with this employer. I'm from Canada, and I have become very familiar with the Guidelines For Duty to Accommodate - I've had to learn how to protect myself and fight back. However, I work for a pretty powerful corporation, and sometimes I feel as though I'm losing my fight. Of course the company isn't above the law, but they will drag the process of accommodation out, asking you to do this and that, see Dr. So-and-So a few times, jump through hoops, lay down and roll over..., I just feel like letting them win sometimes. I know eventually they will have to obey the law, but can I play their games? The harrassment I've put up with for 3 years is taking it's toll...
I should have more answers in a few days. Thanks again for responding.
