Thanks for both responses. I actually have not seen the doctor about this, just taken self-assessment tests. My husband is convinced I have one or more sleep disorders and is pleading with me to get some help. However, I just feel so embarrassed, like I am some sort of nut or something. And I am afraid of the costs if it is not covered by insurance. I always thought narcolepsy was when out of the blue you just fell asleep. Like one minute you are talking to someone and you are out the next. I didn't know there were different degrees of it. And I do dream a lot about flying and floating and can continue dreams. Is this not normal for most people?
