You are not alone. I'm 46 years old and was diagnosed last year. My father, one brother and my sister also have N.
I used to have a phone job that was similar job to yours (utilization management for a managed behavioral healthcare company). I changed careers a few years ago and now I work in IT. Boy was that a mistake if I wanted a job that would keep me awake:)
