I am lucky...my EDS is pretty low. However, I range between 100 and 200 mg daily. Like I said I'm lucky. I'm just at the end of a 16 hour day with out a nap (extraordinary circumstance today)and am still wiggiling along. Nothing fancy, just making it. I don't have a clue about 1200 mg, but it seems a lot to me.
