important question

Posted by Safrin on January 31, 2002 at 04:12:18:

I saw a program on Narcolepsy today. Do all Narcolepsy sufferers just drop to sleep in a flash without even knowing it going to happen? Like one second your standing up and the next your on the floor. I don't get it that bad. I always know I'm falling asleep and try realy hard not to. I've never just been fine one second and down the next. Does this mean I don't realy have narcolepsy. I'm still waiting to see a specialist but I do get the other symptoms. I get realy tired and I can't keep my eyes open. I fall asleep everywhere. I get sleep paralasys, halucianations, and I can't get up in the morning no matter how hard I try. If its not narcolepsy then what is wrong with me?? help. I'm going mad here.
