Startled by the Phone

I was wondering if anyone else has had this experience. I have the hardest time waking up (like I have mentioned before) except when the phone rings. Something about the phone startles me so bad that I jump up and look for the phone while half the time I dont know what I am doing. I can feel my pulse racing and i have no idea where I am or what is going on. I dont know what it is about a ringing phone, and I was just wondering if this ever happened to anyone else. Thanks!
