I have been late everywhere I go for my whole life. I only was diagnosed in december...so treatment has just really begun. I informed my boss of my dr's recommendation, she wasn't too keen on me going days. There are only two full timers on nights with enough experience for the unit to be safe. I work in L&D, which usually keeps me awake, unless it's slow, then I don't have to worry. I do not feel I am jeapordizing my patients. Although the switch to provigil has been rough...I will be talking to my doc before I work another shift. I know the metadate was working better than I realized. thanks for the info...I'll have to look into it further.
