N and Jet-Lag

Posted by student on February 03, 2002 at 00:12:36:

Well, I have to travel to the West Coast for a
family event this weekend--in the process, I'm going
to be crossing three time zones....

So ontop of my N I'll have Jet-lag to deal with (sigh).

I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions on how to improve ones EDS as a result of jet-lag and N.

Thanks :)
