My response was not intended to offend, just give a different take on what I had interpretted after I thought about it a while. Not that I agree with how it was stated, but I did and still do believe that the underlying message was to be your own advocate in your care. Sometimes this is the only place folks have to vent, and when you come here and feel like someone took a poke at you, as TR seemed to feel, unfortunately that post came thru as harsh and angry. It just screamed out to me that even though it wasn't put well, sometimes what's underneath it all is very different. Too much devil's advocate for me. Too bad it couldn't have been reworded and kept on the forum, because I think it gives a view of the reality of how others perceive us and the info we try to share.

I know we've all had our share of troubles in getting to this point, and it's a shame that happens. I know I have benefitted greatly from the past experiences of all of you on here, sleepykitty, student, big sleepy, and the rest. Please don't be upset, didn't mean to offend, just didn't want TR's post to be too harshly judged, because he/she was frustrated, feeling judged, and apparently has had a long hard road with the battle with N. Thanks for speaking out. I continue to look forward to your input and advice on these forums!
