I have always said that I must learn by osmosis cause I managed to make good grades despite sleeping through everything!!
Both my kids have the daydreaming thing. Explain microsleep- is that where you just "check out" for a second or two? Or stare off into space-does that fall into automatic behaviors? I do a lot of that...kinda scary to do things and not remember. The neatest thing about this forum is that I can finally talk about these things that I have kept hidden all these years!!
We- me and my children - are just beginning to seek treatment really. I hope to find the answers soon...
