Doc now says take all 150mgs of Provigil at once, in the morning, with 40mgs Celexa and a 10mg hit of Ritalin; followed by two more 10mgs Ritalin tabs throughout the day.

Mornings are easier now, but I fade by mid-afternoon and the struggle ensues thereafter.

As for the gross tongue thing ... it was a no-brainer (not for me, but for real brain owners).

I'd recently been treated for sinusitis with a particularly strong antibiotic, Levaquin. Seems it killed the naughty microbes in the sinuses and went on to wipe out the good guys in the gut & mouth. A microbial friendly fire incident.

There's still the previously mentioned side-effect from Celexa (ejaculatory inhibition - I know, that's TMI) for which there's apparently no solution but to abandon the drug...a decision is forthcoming.

I'll follow doc's orders, for now, and mention to him your 300mg regimen. But I'm so weary of white-coats, waiting rooms and pharmacies...

Thanks again for your kind response.
