Hi in reply to your Question "snack attacks"
I found myself waking at all hours with an anormous craving for something sweet...
I am a non sweet eater and found that i became crazed if nothing sweet to eat?....
I remeber once climbing the wardrobe in hope to find chocolate that husband used to purchase....
One piece of something sweet is all i need ...Then wander back to bed or lounge and im fine..
I also have this awlful cold sensation that comes over me prior to going to sleep??.I am fully aware of everything around me and able to jump up and continue normally .I am unable also to sit in meeting's without feeling hazy and have to stand up in order to stay awake...Often meeting i attend resulting in me going to sleep...
The most ditressing issue is disorientation and memory loss and hate so called missing time?.I am unable to recall or remember time ,place and events ....This is when extremely tired or under stress.

Time seemed to have stood still thinking I had been sleep hours to realise only few minutes have lasped?.
