I hope not Sharon, because I feel the same way. I'm starting to come out of my severe depression that started with my diagnosis of sleep apnea (1.5 yrs ago) and narcolepsy a year ago. I was so devastated and freaked out, it was really difficult to think! Once I got the depression under control, things seemed so much better. It is hard to do normal things sometimes. I'm just now starting to feel like I have a grip on everything. How long ago were you diagnosed?
