Hi scared

I have those too. People have told me that they are just dreams. What we feel happening to us isn't really. Sometimes I experience drowning, suffocating, or falling. They are classified as hag-mares. I get really scared to and we should. It feels so real. I have them only a couple of times a year, but believe me I would rather not have them at all.
