I have classic narcolepsy, and Provigil works very well for me. I take 400 mg on work days, and rarely take it on weekends. The doctor told me that I am the worst case of N that they've had in over 5 years. So, I just wanted shed some light on the effectiveness of Provigil. It can work well for "full-blown" N.
