Dear me2,
Thanks for sharing your experience, I really appreciate it. I just got back from my massage appointment (my hips have been really sore) and am quite relaxed at the moment. Another thought I had on sleep paralysis is that I haven't slept on my stomach or back for months and according to my husband sp always happened when I was on my back. I know that other narcos say the same thing.

Thanks again,
Cameron
