Interesting/Puzzling Article about Narco

Posted by jeanne on May 07, 2002 at 22:06:17:

I read this strange article on Pub Med, National LIbrary of Medicine (http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/entrez/query.fcgi?cmd=Retrieve&db=PubMed&list_uids=11990384&dopt=Abstract"). The title of the abstract is:

"Sexual dimorphism of the catechol-O-methyltransferase gene in narcolepsy is associated with response to modafinil". I read through it and really haven't a clue as to what exactly the point they are making, but my curiousity has been aroused. Anyone have any idea?
