First of all, you need better support. Take the time to learn as much as you can about narcolepsy. Approach the guidance counselor (or whoever is supposed to helping with supports at your school, like a child guidance team, etc) and have your doctor's diagnosis, any prescriptions (either medicine or strategies you should be using), and anything else the sleep specialist told you. An example would be 'planned naps'. This is a non-prescription strategy that most sleep specialist implement because it can be quite effective. Talk to your family for their support, because they should be advocating for you. The school need s to take into account your narcolepsy, and allow you some flexibility to treat your symptoms. And don't be shy either, with better support and understanding, your quality of life will improve.
And good luck to you.
