Hi Jamie - my dosages of provigil were adjusted a few times and I have added several drugs and changed their dosages several times. My latest combo is 400 mg of provigil in the a.m. (2 pills), one 18 mg concerta (time released ritalin) and 40 mg of prozac (2 pills, 20 mg each) and another provil 200 mg at lunch time. I had been up to 36 mg of concerta in the a.m. and 400 mg of provigil and the 40 mg of prozac. in the last few days, my boss commented on my "personality" changes, so when I went to the doctor, he suggested lowering the conerta. I found that just taking the provigil wasn't enough, I too, got fogged out. But adding the ritalin (either time released or regular), plus the provigil (even though I've adjusted it several times), the two were the right combo for me to stay alert and focused. Good luck. For me, it has taken awhile to find the right combo and even then, adjustments may be necessary if your weight changes, meds are added/deleted, etc. Good Luck!! Jeanne
