The same thing happened to me, so my doctor put me on extended release ritalin and also regular ritalin. It has done the trick so far, but I am fortunate to have a job with the school district
so I have breaks where I am off ritalin for a week or so otherwise the effects lesson somewhat.
I hope evrything works well for you. Also there are days when I can sleep right through 80 ml of ritalin. Listen to your body when you need a nap take it.
