whatever you choose to do, a flexible schedule seems to be a must - at least a flexible starting and ending time or the ability to take a longer lunch in case you need to rest. I work in an office with a flexible environment and it really does help. Driving and other hazardous jobs probably aren't a good idea. What about sales or marketing?
