I suggest getting the book "Narcolepsy: A Funny Disorder That's No Laughing Matter" by Utley. Share it with your family and friends. It really helped me understand my husband's narcolepsy. He read it and he thought it was very good, too. He said he learned some stuff that he didn't know himself.
