what neurotransmitter are you referring to? I'm really trying to understand the "technical" aspects of N and although I have a general understanding of the whole orexin/hypocretin theory, I probably don't know enough to have an intelligient conversation about it, but sure would like to try! Some people believe that N starts out as ADD as a child. Do you buy that? Do you believe a brain substance fluctuates as the sleep attacks occur? I keep reading about the importance of the amygdala - it crops up in my research alot, but I'm not enough of an expert to determine whether that is important to narcolepsy, is it?
