Because recently, some researchers have indicated that hypocretin is very important to maintain wakeful state, accurately,I mean that if hypocretin have already been damaged PERMANENTLY by an autoummune factor, what substance may change levels to release uncontrollable sleep attack and support the refreshed state after nap in day?
Paying more attention to study the details including some biochemical substance changes during nap(short-time deep sleep in day)is really very imporatant in narcolepay research.Who can answer this question?
What cause sleep attacks still repeat every two to four hours even narcoleptic patients take nap?Does it relate to ultradian rhythm in sleep-wake regulation?
