hope you post your discussions for those of us who are not able to focus long enough to read. I know I have always been hyper with a sleepy tired side. Creative ideas excite me no end and I often had several projects in the air. Only the maximum amount of self control will keep me from turning to a new direction while involved in the current passion. Never saw any point to moderation. Why quit at 5 when you can go till 11 and fall down to do it again the next day. Do you think we could just blow it up because of overuse and abuse? Have suffered from 2 major autoimmune problems in the past. Age 13 and 48. hope this helps.
