Vern --

I've been on Provigil for two weeks now, 100mg in the morning and 100 mg at lunch. I love it, getting off the dexidrine is wonderful, but it is taking a while to get that out of my system. I've had to increase my sleep meds (helps with the RLS) by a factor of four (max dosage) to counteract the insomnia I get with Provigil but I still like it a lot more than the dexidrine. I've been cutting down on the meds on the weekends. Do Drug holidays help?
