I've been on provigil about 2 months. I'm still at 200 mg in the morning, and 5 mg of ritilin right after lunch. I find that the provigil lasts (exactly) 7 hours. If I take the ritilin before I get sleepy, then I'm fine. If I forget to take it (which I do sometimes, because I feel so great on the provigil) and don't take it until I am sleepy, then it helps but not much. Also, the ritilin is a small enough dose that I don't have side effects from it - my blood pressure has even gone down below pre-ritilin days!

Have you tried combining ritilin and provigil? I assume that most people would need more than 5mg of ritilin - 10 mg twice a day sent me to the ER.

Good luck!
