Maryanne--

My RLS has gotten worse since provigil I'm on my third week. I get unbelievable leg cramps too, I've had them for a long time but I've noticed them more this week. I thought it might be because of withdrawl from dexidrine. I take klonopin at night for the RLS, and occassionally a synamet (used for Parkinsons, great for stopping the RLS and leg cramps, but I hate taking too many meds so I only take it once in a blue moon when the leg cramps are bad.) By the length of my previous sentence it is obvious that I am a real caffinee addict. I take a extra vitamin B for the RLS as well.
What works for you?
