Thanks for the tip about Iron. I don't eat a lot of meat and was getting a lot of bruises so I took iron supplements for a while. Now that I think about it the RLS was better when I took a supplement (have to be careful with Iron, too much makes you sick).
Making sure I get enough protien makes a big difference in my energy level. I make sure I eat at least five oz of protien a day and that has helped improve my energy level.
