Dear Linda,
I just started taking Provigil in April. Before that, I gained a bunch of weight during a period when my narcolepsy symptoms worsened. During that time, I was also peri-menopausal. I have lost a few pounds since April, but I am not sure why. For the past two years, I have been dieting and exercicsing to almost no avail. I am starting to think that a lot of my trouble with the weight and the narcolepsy is strongly conneceted to meno-pause.
