Is this a symptom....

Sometimes I get so tired and sleepy I know I can't keep on going. I have to stop and sleep if only for a few minutes. If driving I can pull into a parking lot, keep the car running and the engine on so I get some air conditioning (very hot here!), lock the doors and I will drop off to sleep immediately....I will usually wake up within 30 minutes but have slept like that for as much as an hour. I do feel MUCH better when I wake up. I just always figure it's a symptom of being tired, I am able to pull off the road before falling asleep. If I don't pull off the road, I have nodded off for a second or two at the wheel, so I know when I feel that way to stop. Just tired? Or something wrong? Dee
